The Fringemunks: Epis. 2.19 "Brown Betty" (parody medley of songs featured in episode)

      Email Post       9/04/2010 11:08:00 AM

The Fringemunks recap Fringe Episode 2.19 "Brown Betty" with a parody medley of The Rolling Stones' "Brown Sugar" and songs featured in this musical episode. With Walter somewhat high on a hybrid of Afghani Kush and Chronic Supernova, he tells Ella (whom he and Astrid are babysitting for the day) a musical fairy tale that can be considered by viewers as a possible allegory of key themes of the series' past, present and future. This is the Fringemunks' 40th Fringe song!

"My name isn’t important. All you need to know is that I found proof. There IS another universe much like our own. I refuse to give info regarding how I’ve acquired my proof so please, don’t ask. Just know, as often as I can, I will bring the feed to you listeners."

This podcast is unlike any that you have heard. It give us a brief glimmer into the Alterverse, where the Fringe Division is all too real. The information sounds eerily familiar. The host, Paul and Jason, guide us through a journey that is connected but somehow distant to the world as we know it. In each episode, they dissect a video file acquired through the Freedom of Information Act from the Fringe Division, a highly secretive branch of the federal government.

In Ep 1, Fringe Event 090908 is discussed. We also learn some information about our host and get Pieces of the Pattern, a look at a few things going on that are current Fringe related events.
